12 Weeks to Behavioral Strength
What We Teach... And Why It's Needed
In today's schools, family homes, group homes, and residential facilities, there is an urgent need for a more holistic approach to youth and adult health—one that goes beyond traditional academic or behavioral support. Our 12-week Behavioral Strength and Lifestyle Reprogramming Protocol provides a unique combination of physical health, mental health, and resilience training that is rare in most settings children find themselves in. By addressing root causes of poor health and performance—such as sedentary lifestyles, inadequate nutrition, and unmanaged stress—we empower families to break free from outdated approaches that only treat symptoms. With Mind Your Motion, participants gain practical tools to foster mental and emotional resilience through physical movement, strength-building, and mindset training. This comprehensive approach not only improves behavior and emotional well-being but also helps individuals develop the lasting skills needed to thrive in the face of life’s challenges.
Behavior Coaching for Families
We train young minds through neuroscience, movement, behavior change, and thoughtful inquiry--- not therapy and TikTok advice. You've probably tried tutors, behavior therapists, and medications. What your child really needs? Mental health training. This is mental strength built through lifestyle---not just "coping tools."

Core Themes By Week
Week One: Environmental Mapping
Food, light, sunshine, noise, access to distractions, movement. Your environment is your brain’s drug dealer.
Week Four: Changing Beliefs and Behaviors
We use behavior psychology to help you understand what beliefs are limiting you and influencing your behavior--- and how to leverage the human mind to respond instead of react.
Week Seven: Training Your Attention
We build knowledge and awareness of our physiology through exercise and psychoeducation to better control your distractions.
Week Ten: Audit Your Circle
Community is essential to progress. We rely on the support and accountability of other people to achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
Week Two: Discomfort Training
Movement + exposure as the antidote to fragility. We use physical training to help train the physiological symptoms of anxiety and discomfort.
Week Five: Metabolic Mental Health
The brain and the body are not separate. We teach you nutrition basics, and how blood sugar, sleep, nervous system, and food choice are interrelated-- and can manifest as "mental illness".
Week Eight: Strong Body, Steady Mind
Introduction to foundations of strength, conditioning, and aerobic capacity, and how a strong VO2 max
Week Eleven: Radical Responsibility
We take extreme ownership for our behaviors, our actions, and our beliefs. It is imperative we model for ourselves and for others what it means to take responsibility for ourselves instead of waiting to be saved.
Week Three: No More Outsourcing
Emotional outsourcing is modern dependence. We teach you emotional regulation through Socratic dialogue and behavior experiments of your beliefs.
Week Six: Habit Formation and Advanced Principles in Lifestyle Intervention
We teach more advanced topics in behavior science and habit-building, and how these can be leveraged in creating better routines.
Week Nine: Dopamine Discipline
The basic principles of reinforcement and punishment are taught and mastered in understanding how our reward system functions--- and how to "edge out" Big Tech and its hooks on your child's attention!
Week Twelve: Lifestyle As Identity
We are a culmination of our habits. Much of the difficulty of change isn't in a lack of resources--- but in apprehensiveness about changing who we are. Our healthy lifestyles are who we are.
